What's for Breakfast?

By Camilla

Desperation or the best breakfast ever? —Cold leftover mushroom, olive, and garlic pizza. Ellenos lemon green yogurt, which is the best thing ever. Suja Sweet Beets (not the biggest fan if I'm honest...)

I know I'm pregnant and I need to be eating loads of nutrients to sustain the life growing inside of me and all of that, but sometimes a girl has just gotta eat some leftover delivery pizza. And sometimes that is the best breakfast I could ever ask for. Besides, the juice sort of covers my nutrient needs, right??

Whats (almost always) for breakfast?

By Kenza

I'm making a 'what's for breakfast?' post! I tend to eat the same breakfast for weeks then I grow tired of it and switch it to something else. BUT today, I had toasted ezekiel bread, wild smoked salmon, blueberry slim life Yogi tea, and a tangerine. Super satisfying, and because of all the protein it keeps me full for a long time!

P.S. A few former teammates of mine are participating in this really cool contest called Red Bull Can You Make It. It's "165 student teams from 50+ countries cross the globe will have seven days to travel across Europe using only cans of Red Bull as currency." I think it's really cool that they want to get involved in something like this and hopefully they get enough votes to participate! That's where you guys come in, they need votes to be able to go so here's the link to their video, if you have time go watch the video and like it!

American version: Gluten free deli style toast, Tillamook cheddar cheese, a fried egg, 1/4 avocado, and Tapatio. Plus fruit, Suja Mighty Greens juice, and coconut oil bulletproof coffee (blended in Kenza's nutribullet).

Oh it feels good to be back in the states! How I've missed these flavors! This is one of my more indulgent breakfasts, but I'm living it up over here in Utah with my sister.

Whipped banana yogurt (tastes like gelato) with almonds, coconut, a drizzle of maple syrup, and half a mango on the side. Black coffee, always.

I eat this yogurt for breakfast, lunch, and dinner some days. It's so satisfying and indulgent. It tastes like a rich dessert but it's a-ok for breakfast. Sign up for our newsletter (to the left, to the left) to get this recipe in your inboxes this week!

*Side note: I'm realizing I use the same plate in every photo. We have a tiny house and not much room for storage so I'm working with what I've got. ;)
