Gluten-free toast (or more likely Ezekiel Sesame toast) with tillamook cheddar cheese, a hardboiled egg sliced up, and some tapatio. Whatever fresh fruit I have on hand - major pregnancy craving. Tangerine juice.
I'm all about fresh fruit lately. Unfortunately the other day I went a little overboard with a bag of cherries (guys, Washington cherries are something else entirely), and the results weren't pretty or comfortable. But I can't help it. Give me all the fruit. There's a big part of me that wishes I had more time/energy to make my lunches for work because I know I would be making better choice like this breakfast here. But to be honest, if I have to choose between sleep or a healthy lunch, these days I choose sleep every time.
