Whats (almost always) for breakfast?

I'm making a 'what's for breakfast?' post! I tend to eat the same breakfast for weeks then I grow tired of it and switch it to something else. BUT today, I had toasted ezekiel bread, wild smoked salmon, blueberry slim life Yogi tea, and a tangerine. Super satisfying, and because of all the protein it keeps me full for a long time!


P.S. A few former teammates of mine are participating in this really cool contest called Red Bull Can You Make It. It's "165 student teams from 50+ countries cross the globe will have seven days to travel across Europe using only cans of Red Bull as currency." I think it's really cool that they want to get involved in something like this and hopefully they get enough votes to participate!
