Workout Check-In: week 1

I sucked this week. That's what happened this week, I sucked. 

I came back to Salt Lake City, it's cold and snowy and I want to snuggle in a blanket all day. Essentially that's what I did. I think I need to update my goals, fitness wise. 

1.) Cardio 3 times a week 

2.) Yoga every other day 

3.) Start pilates 

4.) STRETCH

I let my desire to stay in bed and just relax before my life began take over and I did one session of yoga this week. Next week will be better! 

*I chose the above picture because it's essentially how I feel about this process. I have a lot to climb, but at least it's a nice process!
